Adrian Powell from North Carolina A&T has won StatSheet's MEAC Player of the Week for December 24th. StatSheet's MEAC Freshman of the Week goes to Coppin State's Sterling Smith. And last but certainly not least, Coppin State's Troy Franklin has won StatSheet's MEAC 6th Man of the Week. Powell put up big numbers in assists (3 per game), shooting (60%), and scoring (16 pts per game). The North Carolina A&T senior played well for the Aggies in a victory against Eastern Kentucky.

This is the first time this season that Adrian Powell has been selected StatSheet MEAC Player of the Week. The runner-up this week is Jean Louisme, a senior from North Carolina A&T. Honorable mention goes to Lamont Middleton, a junior from North Carolina A&T. Kendall Gray was the highest ranking player from Delaware State, finishing 14th.

This is a new honor for Sterling Smith, the first time he has won StatSheet MEAC Freshman of the Week. Bruce Beckford from North Carolina A&T gets runner-up. Honorable mention goes to Khiry White from Savannah State.

StatSheet MEAC 6th Man of the Week: Coppin State's Troy Franklin
